Below is all of the information needed to fill a prescription for your patient. This data will be collected in each form you submit and printed on a label to be placed on prescribed herbaceuticals.
*Please be aware that these labels are only applicable to option 1 and are not required when dropshipping products independently as prescription forms are not necessary for option 2.
No, our updated drop shipping option does not have order minimums.
For the dropshipping option 2, we only provide a packing slip to your patient that does not include any pricing information.
Any of our herbaceuticals are available by prescription or dropshipping. If you do not see the formula you are looking for or need a custom formulation, please contact us on our chat. We are happy to accommodate you.
The processing time through our facility for all orders is 3-5 business days. Delivery time within the United States and depending on location is 4-7 business days, and 10-15 business days internationally, unless you choose an expedited service.
